How to connect carrier data 🚚

GLS Italy needs no password, parcels are looked up by your customer code.

1. Get your customer code (Cli) from GLS Italy. You'll find it in your contract, or your GLS branch will tell you.
2. Open the carrier connection form for GLS IT and enter the customer code.
3. The Contract code (CodCli) field is optional. Fill it in if your parcels are kept under a contract code. Foxdeli then looks a parcel up by the customer code and then by the contract code.

Tracking without login details

If you don't have login details, for example when you ship through a fulfillment service, tick Track without login details in the form. The parcels are then tracked through public tracking, the way the customer sees them. Public tracking may show fewer parcel statuses than a connection with login details.
