E-mails that Foxdeli sends to your customers come from the sender address **delivery@foxdeli.com** by default, with the name of your store as the sender name. How the message is displayed depends on the recipient's e-mail client – some show only the name, others the address as well.

When a customer replies to an e-mail, the reply does not go to Foxdeli but to the **“Customer support e-mail”** in the contact information of your store or market. If you haven't filled it in, the e-mail address from the company settings is used.

## Where to find it in the app

In [Settings → Stores](https://my.foxdeli.com/en/settings/store-management), open the detail of the store (or market). In the “Contact Information” section, below the customer support details, you will find the notice “Sending emails from your own domain” with a link to this guide.

## Sending from your own domain

We offer the option to **send e-mails from your own domain (DKIM verification)**. This service is available to **clients with a PREMIUM or ENTERPRISE plan** or higher and costs **an extra CZK 0.10 excl. VAT per order** (regardless of how many e-mails are sent for that order).

### What we need from you

1. **A contact person** who has access to your domain's DNS records.
2. **We generate the necessary DNS records** and send them to that contact.
3. **Your contact person adds these records (DKIM and, if needed, BIMI) to the DNS.**
4. **Once the records are in place, you let us know**, and we check the setup and finish the configuration on our side.

After successful verification, the e-mails will appear to recipients as if they were sent directly from your domain. If you want customer replies to go to an address other than the “Customer support e-mail”, let us know – we will set it up together with the domain.

**If you are interested in sending e-mails from your own domain, write to us at info@foxdeli.com.**

## What if the domain verification stops being valid

Keep the records you added to the DNS for the verification there permanently. If someone deletes or changes them, the domain verification stops being valid.

This does not stop the e-mails to your customers: as soon as the e-mail service refuses to send a message from your domain, Foxdeli immediately sends it from the default address delivery@foxdeli.com and turns off sending from your own domain. Further e-mails then come from delivery@foxdeli.com until we verify the domain again. Just write to us at info@foxdeli.com.
