Related products filled in automatically from a category (a setting in the category detail) are not transferred to Foxdeli: Shoptet picks these products at random only when the page is displayed, and they are not stored with the product.\u003C\u002Fli>\u003C\u002Fol>\u003Cp>How Foxdeli selects the products:\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cul>\u003Cli>For an order, it takes the related products of all ordered items: it goes through the items in the order they appear in the order and, for each one, takes the related products in the order they are listed on the Related tab. No more than 12 in total.\u003C\u002Fli>\u003Cli>For a product with variants, it uses the price and image of the first variant. Shoptet always links related products to the whole product, not to a variant.\u003C\u002Fli>\u003Cli>Foxdeli does not use Shoptet's “Similar products”.\u003C\u002Fli>\u003C\u002Ful>\u003Cp>A change to related products in Shoptet shows up in new orders within a few minutes.
