## How to connect carrier data 🚚

Enter your username and password for the [Messenger carrier portal](https://portal.messenger.cz/portal/login).

> On the Shoptet platform, you must print Messenger labels with Messenger's official add-on: [https://doplnky.shoptet.cz/messenger](https://doplnky.shoptet.cz/messenger), not with Balíkobot, because Balíkobot can't provide the correct shipment tracking number (the one that then works through the API connection).
