# Info banner

The info banner is a special block for highlighting text in e-mails and on the Track & Trace page. By default it sits above the list of ordered products, so customers are sure to see it. Use it mainly when you want to draw customers' attention to something in larger, more prominent type.

To turn on the info banner, go to **_“Communication”_** \-> the **_“Mailing” or “Tracking page”_** section, open the **_“Modules”_** tab, tick **_“Info banner”_** and set the background and text colors. As soon as you type something into the banner, it is shown for that status. If the text field is empty, the info banner is not shown for that status.
