## How to connect carrier data 🚚

GLS Italy needs no password, parcels are looked up by your customer code.

1. Get your **customer code (Cli)** from GLS Italy. You'll find it in your contract, or your GLS branch will tell you.
2. Open the [carrier connection](https://my.foxdeli.com/en/settings/carriers/connect/gls_it) form for GLS IT and enter the customer code.
3. The **Contract code (CodCli)** field is optional. Fill it in if your parcels are kept under a contract code. Foxdeli then looks a parcel up by the customer code and then by the contract code.

## Tracking without login details

If you don't have login details, for example when you ship through a fulfillment service, tick **Track without login details** in the form. The parcels are then tracked through public tracking, the way the customer sees them. Public tracking may show fewer parcel statuses than a connection with login details.
