## How to connect carrier data 🚚

To connect Fáma Futár, you'll need the **API user** and the **API key** of your account. The API key is not the password of the Fáma Futár website.

1. Ask Fáma Futár for the API user and the API key.
2. Open the [carrier connection](https://my.foxdeli.com/en/settings/carriers/connect/fama) form for Fáma Futár and enter the API user and the API key.

## Tracking without login details

If you don't have login details, for example when you ship through a fulfillment service, tick **Track without login details** in the form. The parcels are then tracked through public tracking, the way the customer sees them. Public tracking may show fewer parcel statuses than a connection with login details.
