Add-on **Foxdeli for Shoptet ->** [https://doplnky.shoptet.cz/foxdeli](https://doplnky.shoptet.cz/foxdeli)
Add-on **Foxdeli for Shoptet Premium ->** [https://doplnky.shoptet.cz/foxdeli-premium](https://doplnky.shoptet.cz/foxdeli-premium)

## Installing the add-on

1. Go to the add-on’s page in Shoptet (see the links above) and click the **“Order add-on”** button:

2. Installing the add-on automatically created a registration at [www.foxdeli.com](http://www.foxdeli.com/), which the Foxdeli for Shoptet add-on needs to work properly. You have received an invitation to your new Foxdeli account by e-mail – just click the **“Accept invitation”** button.

3. The registration wizard guides you through the entire setup of your Foxdeli account. If you want to know how to get started as quickly as possible, take a look at the article [**Getting started with Foxdeli**](https://help.foxdeli.com/en/article/getting-started-with-foxdeli).

4. The default mapping of communication statuses for Shoptet (until the shipment is handed over to the carrier) is as follows:
   (-1) “Not processed” (Shoptet) = “Order accepted” (Foxdeli)
   (-2) “Being processed” (Shoptet) = “Packing” (Foxdeli)
   (-4) “Cancelled” (Shoptet) = “Cancelled” (Foxdeli)

   All further status changes follow the status at the carrier delivering the shipment (as does the final “Delivered” status).

Besides the so-called **communication statuses** (linked to changes in the order status), Foxdeli also works with **transactional** statuses. These are tied to the Shoptet field “Payment” and are paired with Foxdeli automatically.

### YOUR OWN PICKUP POINTS IN SHOPTET

If you use your own pickup points in Shoptet and want to communicate deliveries to them through Foxdeli, you need to create new statuses for them (in Shoptet):

- **Ready for pickup**
- **Picked up**

Once you have created the statuses, let us know at support@foxdeli.com and we will map them to the corresponding statuses in Foxdeli.

### SHOPTET POS

1. Purchase without registration – these orders are not transferred to Foxdeli and no e-mails are sent for them (because Foxdeli has no customer data for them)
2. Purchase by a registered customer – the standard Foxdeli communication is sent for these orders, i.e. the customer receives the “Order accepted” e-mail (if it is activated in the Workflow).

If you also want to send the customer the final e-mail about the delivery or pickup of the order, you need to create a new status “Picked up at POS” in Shoptet, or group the communication as you would for your own pickup point.

If you want to ignore all orders created via the POS and not transfer them to Foxdeli, please write to us at support@foxdeli.com .

> Note: activating the Workflow is the last step, and it starts the e-mail communication with your customers. Before you activate it, you therefore need to set up your [Carriers](https://my.foxdeli.com/en/settings/carriers) and check that your [shipments](https://my.foxdeli.com/en/orders) are tracked correctly.
